Banana & Strawberry Smoothie
Serves: 4 - 6 large glasses
Dietary Needs: Egg free, nut free.

Ingredients:- 2 cups of low fat milk
- I banana, chopped roughly
- ½ punnet strawberries, hulls removed and chopped roughly
- ¼ cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tbs honey
Method:- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor
- Blend or process until all fruit is finely chopped.
- Strain to remove large prices of fruit if necessary.
- Serve chilled.
Notes:- This makes a great after school snack and older children can make it with supervision.
- If you prefer you can use ice cream rather than yoghurt.
- This recipe is lovely and creamy, my kids absolutely love it!
