Healthy Chicken Burger

Ingredients:- 500g chicken mince
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 onion – brown
- 1 med zucchini
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 cup wholegrain breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp chicken stock
Method:- Place garlic, celery and onion into food processor and pulse into pulp.
- Add zucchini and blend.
- Place mince in large bowl and add pulp from processor, breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, eggs and chicken stock. Mix until all combined.
- Divide mixture into 10 equal parts and shape into patties.
- Heat pan and spray with cooking oil. When hot, cook patties for 4-5mins on each side until cooked through.
- Serve on a wholemeal roll with lettuce and mayonnaise.
