Pasta Salad with KR Castlemaine Premium Ham Cooked on the Bone topped with a Yoghurt poppy seed dres

Ingredients:- 250g KR Castlemaine Premium Ham Cooked, thinly sliced and broken into bite sized pieces
- 500g penne pasta, cooked and cooled
- 150g sugar snap or snow peas, blanched in hot water and cooled in cold water
- 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
Poppy seed dressing:
- ½ cup natural reduced fat yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Method:
- Combine pasta, snow peas, tomatoes and ham in a large serving bowl.
- Place dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and shake until well combined.
- Pour over salad and toss.
