Ingredients:

  • 200g dark or milk chocolate
  • 1 x 250g packet pink and white marshmallows
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 cup sultanas

Method:

  1. Melt chocolate in a saucepan over low-medium heat, stirring constantly. Add whole marshmallows, walnuts and sultanas.
  2. Place mixture into a lamington tin and refrigerate until firm.
  3. Cut into pieces and serve at room temperature.
